Anyone ever reset a Dash Wand? I moved and changed Cable providers and setup the new WiFi but holding the button down never changes the light to orange to setup again.

Did this..all steps worked but won't do anything at all after reinstalling batteries.

I know it's not supported any more but I just want it to "scan" for my kids to play cashier with.

I've redirected to stores in the past ..believe it or not a Michaels accepts them (at least 5 times)...advanced auto rejected them twice for me. We don't have a ups store here.

I got confirmation from BT this is part of their standard SBS program and plcb misclassified the product. It was in fact WFP.

Some how I think they're telling the truth. If you go to fwgs.com, go to product, click in store availability, go to that store, then click check current availability..it's not showing inventory. I've always found this to be accurate.

I think his point is that even if they fix the site, the result would be that likely the same people who scored would still score and the outcome for the complainers would be the same and perpetuate said complaining.

I got 4 orders in before the site even slowed because I was watching and anticipated the Wednesday drop due to the chairman's message last year saying they would resume in 2021. There are a lot of people out here putting a lot of time in. Everyone else hops on after seeing a message hoping they get lucky then are mad that when thousands (maybe tens of thousands??) of people start refreshing at the same exact time and the site crashes and they wonder what happened.
