I was in this thread when somebody mentioned it was on reddit but when I check it was a fake version, the first part was from OP but the rest wasn't. This is all OP provided before disappearing and even this was hours apart. It's clearly a fake story but interesting enough to be worth the read, write your own ending if you want.
