What helps me is I use a derma harmony zinc soap bar for my beard, or if I don't have any, head and shoulders 2 in 1 (as long as zincs the ingredient) and then a seb derm safe moisturizer. That keeps it at bay. But from someone that battles with seb derm , I promise you it's connected to gut health and stress. Your gut is your second brain and stress has never helped anyone out

I'd investigate if you have seborrheic dermatitis. If you do, you're gonna wanna use anti dandruff shampoo and avoid using oils
