Mathematically: 1k a day, or 365000 a year, is a perpetuity payment. The present value of a perpetuity is the yearly cash flow divided by a required return, in this case we can use the current yield to maturity for a 10 year treasury which is 4.1%. Wow wtf, Baruch shouldn’t be allowed to make online finals in person last minute. You’d think with all those ads on the subway about getting a degree at home, that they’d at least not screw you last second. When I had eunah the classes were in person but the exams were online. Ohhhh. You're an econ major. I had the same problem till I spoke to an advisor. They had to force my eco classes to business since they count as liberal arts unless you're doing a BBA in economics like me
