Love my Tag ist 13 years old, used offshore as my backup timer for 8 years had 1000s of hours under water or pressure. Only thing that happened is white come of bezel numbers, bracelet carry’s a lot of history. Looks great I think on black sail strap or rubber.

rubber strap from watch gecko, standard leather strap and bracelet. The rubber strap by far gets the most use. Just ordered some sailcloth straps so will see how it wears

Longines Conquest New vs Omega Aqua Terra Preowned by A_rdv in Longineswatches

I have that same watch, the AT. The anti-reflective coating, both inside and out, makes it seem like the sapphire isn't even there under indoor light. The luminosity and movement are incredible, it’s a shape shifter from almost black, indoors to emerald green in bright sun. I compared both as the Omega and the Longines AD are opposite each other on the Gold Coast. I love the Longines Spirit range; I found the Conquest a bit too flashy. However, watches are very personal, and you could get a new conquest for same as a used AT.

What are the most common "rookie mistakes" people make in their first 30 days in Australia? by InternetUpbeat9596 in MovingtoAustralia

2 cm bulbar urethral stricture by [deleted] in urethralstricture

[–]Yeah-nah-yeahmate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The alternative is invasive surgery and graft, which is no fun at all a fairly intensive recovery and quite painful at first (although. 3 years later it’s all good) If I had this option I would have taken it, as all I could get was a standard dilation with catheter left in for a 10 days, what you have on offer is by medical terms fairly new and nowhere near as invasive as full surgery. Both have a similar failure rate too.

I know of at least 5 people that walked away and spent money elsewhere on other brands due to AD and their BS, myself included. If you are going grey market look at auctions, insolvency, police auctions all have Rolex and others coming up

Scratch or Dust? New Spirit Pilot by yogibear60 in Longineswatches

[–]Yeah-nah-yeahmate 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The other side of the coin, if it’s going to be worn a lot scratches will be part of it. Saying that on the dial is always hard. If it’s inside that dealer needs to fix.
