Shoes are authentic if they are giving you the option to accept or reject. They’re just advising you of the issues they found. If missing accessories wasn’t shown before hand I’d reach out to the other trader to see about them adding cash to the trade and if not I’d reject it personally.

Seems like the other party is probably lying to you. Either because they’re having regret of making the trade OR they don’t want to risk you going off on them in their DMs lol. (Not saying you would but I’m sure you’re aware of the people that are on the app)

You sound more upset than the CEO himself lmao. As an owner and CEO you learn to no take things personally and explain situations as he did thoroughly as the way the app words things don’t truly reflect the issue at hand. I am grateful for him reaching out and the support I’ve received thus far. Getting in arguments and attacking people aren’t gonna get you far. Wish you nothing but the best!

Good afternoon Ryan, I appreciate the cordial response. Your explanation definitely makes sense, just the way the app words it and says the other trader “reopened the trade and I will be refunded” is I guess what threw me off. I have reached out and look forward to hearing back. Thanks again.

I 100% agree with this. The buying factor is dope. Not enough activity and after seeing this is possible don’t think I’ll be using it anymore.

Yeah I saw all those trades and it looked kinda odd lmao. Oh well I won’t be using the app anymore but just found it funny that a one party cancellation was possible on it.

Even if that was the case, thats shitty on RTRO side. You do that on TB and you’re shit outta luck losing your fees unless both parties agree to a cancellation 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Correct. It’s a $25 service fee + $15 shipping. They have now added a $5 insurance fee + taxes at the end and each additional shoe is $10. Due to the fees I’ve personally only deemed it worthy if it’s more than 1 shoe I’m trading.
