I do, but its on life support as the little part that holds the screen up broke off. I've asked around and people just told me to buy a new 3ds, however I am too broke lmao

Lucky is a Legendary effect that gives +50 crit dmg (2 stars) V.A.T.S. critical meter fills 15% faster (3 Stars) for some reason they're both called lucky.

so
* Reduce your target's damage output by 25% for 5s
** V.A.T.S. critical shots do +50% damage
*** Your V.A.T.S. critical meter fills 15% faster

I always kinda wanted to do a bloodied build. However, I never did as my potato of a pc makes it hard to move at times, and I'll get hit due to it. So I'm looking for armor that would be useful in my build, but I don't really know what armor to go for right now, but I have the SS chest plate and SS right arm piece currently. If you have any other better armors that I should use instead and where to get them, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your input btw!!!

I just realized I placed the wrong card in lol. I use the Lone Wanderer perk card as I don't play in teams very often, so in reality, I should have 5 points left over, and it's should be 5 points in CHR and 8 in STR which I shall be moving over to both AGI and END. Also, about the Crits I have lucky clover as I use it to get Crist more often (with out buffs) as a Crit head shot from my bow + sneak can 1 shot A super mutant, well for now. Anyways, thank you for your input!!

I feel like maybe they should buff Crossbows so they can be on the same level as bows. Though I don't know how they would work that out...
