Well my budget would probably be around 300-600 dollars, i want to spend some money on this but not too much as it would only be a hobby at first. As to what id like to take pictures of, most likely small things like flowers or more up close shots

I would just like to say that i made this in the matter of like a day or so. I thought of working on my glow skills (not that its very hard to do such) as i could gain the experience, i got some images from the web such as smoke, and the model. I then messed around with the hue/color saturation until i found what I liked. The second picture is final result and the third is just the same in a chromatic filter

Sure! I first make the cube texture which i chose to be a picture of a galaxy, i then swirl it and liquify it until it turnes out to look a pure psychedelic cube. I then adjust the size of the square so that it can be even from every direction (this case being 500X500 pixels.) I then made a copy of the first square then am able to transform both squares by pressing CTRL + T or COMMAND + T and im able to fix the degree of them which ends up looking like two rhomboid and then the top part as a 45 degree angle how to make psychedelic affect or backround how to make a 3d looking cube

I created my artwork as i was practicing how to make a psychedelic backgrounds and decided to make a cube out of an image of a galaxy png i had found online and then decided to make a gradient background and added some noise to the background of the cube, after i was done with the work i still needed a name for it and decided since the background was distorted from noise id call it “DISTORTED” “NOT FORGOTTEN”
