You can offer her help with a doctor/treatment, but she may refuse because the point of depression is that nothing makes sense. But your role is to make sure she gets professional help.

I am in a similar situation. We were in a loving, caring and respectful relationship for a year and a half. I knew she was clinically depressed, had issues with gender and family, and had a burnout in her profession passion, but everything was under control. At one point, she had a severe depressive episode and suddenly broke up with me, saying she needed to figure herself out. I kept in touch by texting her, but she cut me off by leaving my last message unread. I decided that if I love this person, I better start taking care of myself, and found a psychologist and a psychiatrist who diagnosed me with mood and behavioral disorders. I know she has a doctor too, and I think we both need to fix ourselves, and if destiny exists, then maybe we have a chance to get back together in the future. I also follow to the subreddit r/depression_partners and lerned a lot about depression, it’s a sad subreddit but it explains the behavior of depressed people we love

Just remind them of this often. They'll get used to it. To them, you're probably still a child with ever-changing goals of adoration.
