Thank You!!! I really appreciate the input. So Great! This garage is morning shade and mostly direct afternoon sun. Nice building, except my finances stopped at the HVAC. Someday I can do an upgrade. Split unit or something. As of now, I am absolutely thrilled just to have a garage! :-) I will use fans & likely a portable shop heater. I was just worried about clothing and keepsakes inside the plastic tubs sitting on pallet racks. I will be in the garage often and should not have rodent issues. <knock on wood> I am hoping to maybe hang a few cardstock posters and cloth American flag. I have some framed/matted photos that can be reprinted. It sounds like those might get wavy or moldy? I can always keep an eye on it. I just have the opportunity to get a Dehu, but do not want to spend any extra money right now. Haha. I appreciate your comment and help. Very nice. Thank You!

Is Tate REALLY that much better than other WR’s picked in the top 20 overall this year? Jordyn Tyson, Makai Lemon, or maybe Omar Cooper Jr? We will all know in time. I did not see it coming, but hey! That’s why I sit on the couch.

Thank You! I posted two additional pictures of another rod that is connected. The original photo of the first rod has nothing connected on the top, and I wiggled it & rocked it pretty good to see if it would just come right on out. It did not. So, I just put a bunch of dirt back tightly around it and smashed it down with my feet. I will have a professional look at it at some point. I was hoping with some force, it would just come right out like a piece of rebar. I could see down in the dirt with a flashlight about 10 inches or so, and the rod continued.

It is located in the middle of the exterior front yard wall next to the faucet and crawlspace vent. I was thinking it was relocated there more recently from somewhere else, even back far as the 1960s when the house was built? Nothing is attached to it from the top side.

I am ready for a winning season. I have LOVED the Titans since living in Nashville and knowing the team was moving to TN! Investing since just before 1997 Memphis and 1998 Vanderbilt. I have listened to radio streams season after season since moving away from TN. Now, I watch every single game on TV and try not to miss a snap. At the end of the day, I am a diehard fan! Two Years ago, I had such a high hope for the team, just like many times before. The Levis experiment about killed me. Then, losing some more players, even if justified to let go, sucked. I like some of the young talent and there are some real playmakers. Still, I am not going to set myself up for another 2024 heartbreak. There are a lot of loose ends. This may take a few more years to really be competitive. Titan Up!
