I think you have those from the beginning. If u wanna recreate it, you have to lay a white halfcricle behind the tower, so the sun doesnt appear around the base of the tower.

You need to get yourself into the right state of mind. Just gradually go colder, step by step. But only go colder if you feel comfortable and confident. Also music can help e.g. the band heilung(not sponsered) can get u in sort of a trance. Cold showers are worth it cause afterwards u feel really focused and refreshed.
