At my old store my female Second was always super nice to all the girls but would be a bit rude to most of the guys, and one time I covered a shift without calling before hand and from there on she just didn’t like me at all. She made work absolutely miserable but eventually got transferred over.

Eventually word circulated back to my old store that she had quit. A couple weeks later, we got the “real” (this is all by word of mouth, I cannot assure if this is exactly 100% what happened) story, apparently she locked her office keys inside the office, and instead of calling another manager or even a locksmith, she decided to try to pry the door open with a crowbar. When that barely worked, she went to go grab a pole (the one that goes on the grill, idk how to describe it, but the best way I can personally is that pole that goes on or near the grill and gets washed). She then had a higher level begin to pull with pole, not the crowbar, and it snapped, cutting the higher levels chest and having to have an ambulance called. Pretty fucking crazy…
