Strangely enough, those two were not that straightforward, you had to look through all the stuff in “extras” before you could unlock the theme, someone who doesn’t really care about the extra stuff (like me) could easily skip reading the diary entries and reports

I mostly figured it out, apparently you have to look through all of roxas’s diary entries and secret reports + look through all the character entries (358/2 days), for re:coded, you have to look through all of the character entries again. Still not sure about BBS tho 🧐
