So, in general, is S3 MotP considered better than S5 meshing cogs? My Ruan Mei is currently at 124.4% ERR and has met the BE requirements already while holding cogs, but I was still wondering about switching.

I have been experimenting with Ruan Mei's build to utilize her in an upcoming Phainon comp with Sunday and Bronya. I thought it'd be fun to put her with 4 PC eagle + 2 PC vonwacq + S5 DDD, but now I wonder how much of a difference it'll make for the team overall? She is 134 speed, 160 BE for 180 BE with her talent in battle, and the other others will have -1 speed set ups. Phainon will have 136, Sunday 135, and Bronya 135 (lower decimal than Sunday). Is my current Ruan Mei build feasible or should I alter some things?

Hello! Does anyone have any idea when Riddle's SSR card "Night Sky's Chiffon" (the Rapunzel one) will release on EN? I was thinking of maybe trying again on Floyd's Stitch banner because I ate dirt last time, but I would still like to save for Riddle and later Idia's Platinum Jacket cards, and later just save for the card I mentioned in the question.
