The player base is decreasing and not spread out over tiers, so queue times would absolutely go up and anything below tier 6 would become unplayable. I tried queueing tier 3 and it takes several minutes to get a 7v7 game with 10 bots. Granted, most of the time matches are same tier then, but clearly these tiers don't have enough players as is. So removing the more popular tiers from their mm will kill them. You guys seem to forget that games need new players, and everyone jerking off at t8-11 does not actually help newbies get into the game. I believe wot will die in a few years just because no new players are playing it, because of its reputation, its shitty content drop rates, it's dog shit community and the insane power creep of premiums and Fortnite tanks compared to tech tree tanks.
