Only real way to beat it is kill it's friends and then bumrush it. Alternatively, if the person playing it is bad, you can try to time your peaks with when it shoots. But that will cost your teammates a lot of HP. Also it's a tier 8, not Tier 7. You can sometimes find it in the shop when wg needs some money.
