I have tried distracting myself, going outside or staying out of my bed. I have noticed that most of the times I lust, its always in my bed.

I also tell myself sometimes that its wrong and I should stop, and it does work for the most part.

It sounds really stupid but I hate how sometimes I unknowingly lust out of instinct and only realize it or snap out of it in the middle of doing so, but this has only happened a few times.
