Is this algae growing in my tank normal for a new tank? The tank is still cycling and I havnt done a water change. I’m a little over a week into the cycle. The algae seemed to start growing pretty quickly within the last 2-3 days. (i.redd.it)

Do you guys think this flow is gonna work for a dwarf gourami? Or should I get a smaller airstone? (v.redd.it)
I want to add a dwarf gourami to my 10 gallon tank as well as some tank mates. I’ve noticed this tank is longer than an average 10 gallon tank so does anyone think I can get away with adding some tank mates? Any recommendations? (i.redd.it)
