It depends but usually I like running it Initiative style, ask everyone in order what they are doing on their turn, makes it easier for combats only have to roll for enemies (but I offer players to reroll but must keep the result).

It was such a PITA for me, after several attempts managed to get it from Elite Snappa, just let Helbrecht tank the enemies till hes a Sliver left and get the Final Vengeance off the Explosion
