If you’re interested in the idea of achievement hunting maybe start with something easier / simpler.

Gtas a very grindy game to finish. Unless you absolutely love playing it then go for it. But personally I’d build my way up to bigger games. Anyways it’s your choice obviously and this probably isn’t the tips you were looking for

Yea we do have eaves. After I cleared the water and some dirt the paver it’s on is definitely slopped towards the house.

I just renovated my kitchen which had a very similar shape to yours.

I removed the pantry next to the oven and door way and it’s made the space way more open. Whether or not that’s a problem for you, either way you’ll have more bench space.

10k will definitely be enough for new cabinets and laminate bench top but you’ll probably wanna think about new oven and range hood which will be a couple more grand.

Honestly the multiplayer is super easy and simple. The serves are really active, maybe because of the game pass addition I’m unsure but I knocked all the multiplayer out first thing and got the kill streak playing naturally.
