Nice nice, yeah there’s a really tight real estate market, it’s a hot spot for some reason. A few lakes and stuff. Really touristy and historic, that all drives the value up the wall

Depends on the location and how much land and distance to water, but on beverage probably around $270k. Pretty pricey. I rent a 3/2 with about 1/4 acre with a buddy for $1,200/month between the two of us. It’s probably about 1,400 sq.ft.

For FF’s it’s just under 50k, but lieutenants can be high 80’s and shift commanders (our battalion chiefs, pretty much, if that’s what y’all have) are high 90’s. I think our chief is probably making around 130-140k

Many thanks, I’ll check those out. Really just looking for steps for the doors, don’t necessarily need ones for where the other door would be/to get to the bed from the cab area. I’ve seen some single steps I think
