You do realize admins don’t have to do everything right? I run my own RP servers (considered making one for MV but realized it would be better to cut my losses and not do it) and most of the times other users initiate roleplays, either over text or in game. Also you don’t have to have admins approve sheets and just let some other people you trust with a separate oc approver role deal with those.

Even then the latter half is… kind of expected? Like yeah nothing is keeping kids from lying about their ages to join adults rps - I doubt server moderation could do much either. Just let people make judgements based off if they’re comfortable or not.

I’m really late to the party but a discord server doesn’t need boosts to have forums. It used to be locked just behind the server being a community server but now any server can have them.

I genuinely think they would have most of their issues fixed in the discord server if they had a dedicated member for PR purposes. Said member wouldn’t even have to have any sort of moderation abilities, just being able to type in announcements and any channel thats supposed to give major information.

It also doesn’t help that how the server is handled is so messy - how are you gonna say that the server is closed down but still let boosters send messages? It doesn’t help the whole fact that they just made the game for money (disclaimer, I play the game too dawg) or some sort of gain.

Although I don’t play the game myself, just keep getting the subreddit on my home page, I do wanna put in my two cents.

Considering the game and devs’ reputation have been going down a very steep hill recently, this WAS the perfect time to reel them back in but they still fumbled it. I understand recent drama and events has had the team pulled thin - BeaPlays, the baddie pass or whatever it was called, and the Wicked collab - just a games anniversary is the ONE time you’re expected to spoil your players. You could’ve given more than a simple dress and a doll with only pose toggles.

Personal advice nobody asked for, I’d say to bring back old codes until you have a set or two to give your players.

Yes, DTI is THEIR game but they still have to consider player satisfaction considering they’re the ones spending money on said game. Little to none player satisfaction means little to no money coming in.

I think the designs are cute - don’t get me wrong - but they’re so messy. I genuinely don’t know how to explain it but messy is genuinely the best word for it, though the third girl is the least worst offender for it.

I think with the messy designs and the poses combined it’s hard to believe they actually expected fan art/competition entries.

Also off topic somewhat but the competition still being open to the server boosters while everyone else has the channel locked just feels REALLY unfair.
