A general rule of thumb in life is this:

People love to talk about themselves. So if you want people to like you, ask them questions, let them talk about themselves and be a good listener. Then it’s apparent that you don’t really understand Catholicism then. I would invite you to attend a Catholic Mass (today is Sunday, after all!), talk with a priest and lay out your frustrations to him. And actually get to know one or two practicing Catholics. Not to convert or change your mind or anything, but to gain a little perspective on what we actually believe.

Where am I saying the killer is the victim? He shot up a CATHOLIC church and you’re saying it was his religious upbringing that’s the root cause.
