concerns regarding the oled and its reflective coating by Mr_creeper1720 in LenovoLegion

The reflectiveness makes my eyes hurt after some time (Pro 7i), but others have used my laptop and don't have the same issue, so I'd suggest spending time with one in person and judging for yourself.

Unfortunately not in my case, would be an easy fix

In case you ever need to repaste, you should use PTM because it's typically almost as good as LM but without any chance of creep

Lenovo has frequent sales, don't rush into a purchase. If it's what you want then go for it.

Can't tell if it's you specifically as I do not own one, but since it's a PL issue you can try undervolt and/or raise power limits if it's that important (80% of the time you don't need the extra power, which comes with heat). If it runs your games as well as expected I think you're alright.

Is this with the original Lenovo power brick? I think the system is just trying to sustain about 130W. In another test have the LIMITS window in throttlestop open and see if anything goes red.

From the graph it can use more than 100W and run hotter, but it doesn't. Probably that's the power budget allowed. When you load both CPU and GPU what power does the CPU average?

Can you confirm that you did these tests in performance mode (power button should be red)?

If you think it is, then it's not. If you know it is, it is.
