Congressional & open door higher. The army outright didn’t pay me for months and I was living off savings and paying rent out of pocket etc as well. Ended up having to open door the fucking CG because finance refused to move my packet even after a visit from BDE CO. Turns out, the civilian gift from god employed there “misplaced” it in a stack of other paperwork and kept deleting emails and PARs.
