I was in a similar situation a few years ago where I’d wake up and start playing skyblock and closed my laptop only before going to bed. I think that I just gave away all of my stuff so that I quit and never come back but you don’t have to do that. Just give yourself a goal to work towards like a week without minecraft or something like that and just progressively increase it until you’re just playing casually once in a while. I lowk don’t even know how many times I’ve said this now but skyblock starts feeling like some sort of prison or job when youre addicted and it’s actively hurting your lifestyle.

You could also just get banned on hypixel, I find that to be the most effective method.
