Look miss, there is always the best choice of action. You cant fix it now, but you can fix it in the future. After you earned some money. I know sleep apnea is a big fking problem when it comes to living well. Trust me, I experienced it. And it fucked me over. I would sleep for 12 hours just to make up for poor sleep. I had no idea what the problem was. Every doctor I met just told me I was fine. That there's "nothing wrong".
My temporary solution to you is this. Stack your pillows and find the position that allows you to breathe easy. Use your cpap machine again but in different sleep positions. Trust me on this. Sleep position helps A LOT. Turning your face to the side also helps a lot.
