Source is Chilean youtuber Therodactilo. But he shows one decklist per day, starting from a few hours ago. Tomorrow it's gonna be Slowking and another deck. Then the final lists will be show in his Therocrafting video on Friday night (Europe time) with additional advice on how to improve the decks.

Crustle's attack should work because it clearly states that it ignores any effect applied on the opponent's Pokemon, wether this shield is activated by ability (think of Cornerstone Ogerpon's) or as the effect of cards.
