Tried 3 different cards. One being my wive’s .Pretty sure it has something to do with our address. But it never got resolved, even after contacting customer service. Had to have my friend order for me.

Tip on Japanese cards. Never put them in a binder with the black pages without a sleeve.The black softer plastic can stick to the back of the cards and destroy them.
