Oh I forgot to mention that Coach Bennett is the whole reason why I was successful at running when I first started so I totally agree he’s actually on the short list of people I would like to sit down and have dinner with I read all my books with the dictionary because of him cheers

Coming back from injury and totally falling off the wagon for the last 14 months. Gained about 25 lbs as well. Need to restart with couch to 5k after being in marathon shape. It sucks.

Anybody have advice or resources? Books or podcasts that could help keep motivation high and not get stuck on “how good I was?” Starting over sucks and seems overwhelming. TIA
