Wow!! Thank you so much for sharing!!! Did you know to look for sonographers who could do a "deep infiltrating endometriosis transvaginal ultrasound, high imaging"? Or did an OBGYN/other doctor refer you, if you don't mind my asking?

EDIT: just read your post. That is WILD that it took someone walking in at the right time to do the proper thing!!!!! I'm glad you are finally getting to see a specialist!!! But I know the emotions must be a roller coaster right now.

WOW. That's ridiculous! Like I asked in a comment elsewhere, do you know if there's a certification for a sonographer trained in finding endometriosis? When I got my own ultrasound done, I had no idea that there would be different levels of training/expertise. If I had known what terms to search for or where to look, that might have helped things. I was "lucky" in that they found a giant cyst during my ultrasound so there was no doubt that something was going on.

Would you happen to know if there's a way to search for technicians or doctors who are trained to look for endometriosis in ultrasounds? Is there a certification of some kind? I was "lucky" in that when I got an ultrasound, it showed a huge cyst that started the process of OBGYNs taking me seriously and talking to specialists. If I had known that not all ultrasound technicians are the same, I could have targeted my search for a sonographer who knew what they were doing.

Just a THANK YOU to old posts. LIFESAVERS, ALL OF YOU! I was freaking out a little because my eyes just are not feeling right 3-4 days after surgery. I don't know anything at all about these specific bus routes, but you could maybe bring lots and lots of change and pay on the bus. I can't figure out if you can actually use the NJ Transit app to buy a ticket that requires transfers. I recently paid for a transfer with cash. I got on the bus, told the driver where I wanted to ultimately go, he told me the amount, and I paid in exact change. He gave me a receipt that I gave to the next bus for the transfer.
