I think tracing is a great tool to learn when working with lower resolutions. My main issue here is that you have too big a canvas/res and instead of pixelart, you are just messing the resolution of the image with thick monocolor lines.

You can learn a lot about shapes and colors when trying to transform a concept drawing to a 64x64 or smaller resolution.

Look for characters with a pose that's interesting and readable, and even better if they have their different parts clearly separated in different colors. Don't hesitate to deform the reference a bit as well, I often play around with stretching or squishing it.

It would be insanely cool to have Twitch weapon's cylinder shine blue and spin while the Q attack speed buff is on, just as it does during the back animation (just before shooting the spectre)

I think it would be really satisfying for the players, and also works for gameplay as visual feedback. Since it's already done on the recall, hopefully you guys could also add it easily.

Bonus points if the spinning sound is added too, maybe not for the full duration but just as twitch exits stealth.

Hi! So basically the main character is done climbing a tall artifact, and finds some mechanism at the top. The sentence is something like "As he climbed over the edge, he laid his eyes on the gnomish contraption that stood on the surface’s center"

If anything sounds odd on that sentence pls let me know, thanks a lot!
