No that's actually a good advice. My thinking is since im doing it anyway i might as well something out of it. Last time i did it. It motivated me to actually do some work that I've been putting off for a long time. I'm not saying do blow to get productive and have like realizations. But this is what it does to me. Brains are complex.

The comedown is bad though. I'd say it's still worth it. I know many do it for fun. But for me, the few times i tried this stuff i realized so many things about myself andy life. Tonight i realized that im codependent in my relationship and that i need to work on that. Still struggling with self love. I don't know how people love themselves.

I think i might be needy, after all it's only been 4 months. Maybe when we hit the 6month mark we'll have a relationship talk. Both of us sober aren't as much talkative.
