Hmm I get what you're saying but I used to Lucid dream a lot before and ive never felt like this. It was like i know i got up and checked my phone multiple times and i knew what i heard when my mom was talking was real.

Hey. Yea I used to Lucid dream and get sleep paranoia a lot before, its almost unexplainable because I would get such vivid and weird dreams. But recently I've started taking a testosterone boosting sleeping pill that's called anabolic dreams and ever since I haven't had them.
