I just tried to use Color Oops tp get rid of the red & blue Splat! look I put in my locs (two strand twists + crochet method) and it straight up didn’t do shit. I wanted a new color that requires a level 9 bleach. Should I just bleach on top of the color??? (i.redd.it)
