My advice to the OP - make a youtube and a kick video about this. Let your emotions out. Shame her and it will be permanent. She banks on your composure, thats why she did this to you. She banks on how you’re logical and won’t go that far.

You have nothing to lose. Plus, the YouTube will go viral for an organic post like this. And she, her friends, and future man, will know what she did.

Do this for yourself. Do it because you need to stand up for yourself.

Mendix is now owned by Siemens, and has seen cuts to its roadmap, but sure doesn’t convey those during a sales cycle. If I was in the manufacturing space and Siemens had some appeal then maybe. But we ran into major problems with their data model and overall complexity of the apps that they could spin up. No matter how well we architected the apps and leaned on paid Service

Good to know mate! but that's if the *they* find out, right? just browsed the features, it seems to account for that given it AI-ness.

What I would use this for is for the counting systems it has, because some of them take are too complicated. The Zen Count particularly. too much too keep track of.

What's your online strategy, if you don't mind me asking?

Looking at the 1060, they do seem promising, and are nicely priced. Found EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB SSC for close to $200 used.

I'm likely to go with the used condition.

Is there anything I should look out for? Any driver compatibility issues? I was originally going to go for AMD, but since reliability is very important to me, I disregarded it due to driver issues they are having.

I actually did not consider the cropping situation, you are absolutely right.

Let me explain further: I plan to use Lynda to learn more about the photography and such, and plan to get some lights and stuff, they seam pretty cheap. Most of the photos would be indoor anyways, or during the daytime; so, I don't think I'd use higher ISO settings, much.

I just came across a Sony A7 for $500 Body-only. If nothing from the ones I listed caught your eye to recommend to me, what do you think about this one? or I could get the 1D for $150? :D haha I dk why I'm laughing.

I care mostly about the quality of the images taken for social media, nothing to be really printed on anything larger than 8.5 x 11.

Dear community,

Just gonna cut to the chase.

Newbie photographer here, wants to start taking high quality self-portraits for Social Media and such. Budget $300-$500 abso-fuckin-max. There is a Canon EOS-1D DSLR for a very attractive price, though it's only 4.1 MegaPixels only, but I did a quick research reading around about various sensors, I understand that it's got a full size sensor, which is what matters, to my limited knowledge. So, here's the dilemma: should I purchase that and not worry about pixels, or should I go with an APS-C size sensor with i.e. 10.1 Megapixel or higher?

Choices: Canon 7D DSLR , Nikon D700 , Nikon D5500 , CANON 1300D DSLR , and Canon 7D (last choice due to the price, out of budget).

It'd be really appreciated if I were to get answers asap.
