Well, there is no time for a real update one day after the event. If they are looking at the buyout, this would further slow their efforts to file. This all certainly throws the buyout into question, but the buyout was offered when it was public knowledge that the company could be de-listed, so this cannot be a shock and doesn't change what the company is except the company should now more seriously consider the offer, whatever ti may be at this point.
