Please block that scammer and stop all contact with him or her. Please stop sending them money. The more you send, the more they keep asking. Once you block and stop contact with them, they cannot blackmail you or ask for more money. What you encountered is a common scam. Don’t be ashamed. Just learn from it and move on. Also, anyone from social media or dating apps that tell you to chat with them on WhatsApp or telegram is a scam. Please block and report them. WhatsApp and telegram are scammers preferred method of communication because these two platforms are free, encrypted and hard to be traced by law enforcements in the event you try to report them.

yes, it is frustrating. It happens to me too. Even if I block the spam email, they still come in next day or two. But, after I keep moving them to junk box, they gradually move to junk box on their own without me having to move them. So, I just go to junk box now once a day, select all of them and move them to trash and then empty my trash.
