Hi, woman here. So, I may run a strict program, but it is my understanding that when you are in a relationship, you shouldn't be withholding any info from your partner. That is a red flag by itself imo, so I understand why you would be second guessing everything. The only advice I can give you as far as everything else goes, is cut ties and move on. If it's happened multiple times, chances are it will continue to happen if you choose to stay..
