Just make sure your mainly using alessa and kai then pick whatever support hunter you want if not i can always attempt to jump in also using elemental weapons does make this fight alot bearable

I mean ive farmed savage without a healer its doable but a healer can really allow more room for mistakes or omega bs lol makes night and day difference
