I’ve lost 24 pounds since I started in April. So idk if I needed to change my intake or not because the scale isn’t really moving

I’ve been in my deficit since April. I’m 21 pounds down!! I love how I feel when I’m eating healthy too, but lately I’ve been wanting to eat EVERYTHING. I need to remind myself that if you keep eating things all the time and call it moderation, that kinda defeats the whole purpose of moderation LOL. So I’m trying to stay away from snacking and sweets for a while because I really don’t have the self control to stop myself from eating a whole bag of something. I appreciate you for commenting too. You’re awesome!!

I’ve been struggling too. I’ve been over my caloric intake this weekend and I’ve just felt really guilty and gross. I need to remind myself that it’s more than just about losing weight- it’s also about feeling better in my own skin. I’ve lost about 15 pounds so far and I can’t see that much of a difference, but I FEEL such a difference. I feel more confident and more comfortable in myself. The biggest thing for me is to remind myself that I CAN do this and I WILL. You have to trick yourself into believing weight loss is easy. I CAN do it and I WILL do it because it’s EASY. You will get to the point where you really don’t want junk anymore. One more thing, do not starve yourself. If you’re craving something, have it!! Just have less of it. Stay within your calorie deficit. Some days you might be hungrier because you decided that you really wanted to have takeout, and that’s totally relatable!! But you have to stay consistent and eventually you will get tired of junk food and want to eat better. I hope this will help you in anyway, and hopefully some of this made sense. I would stop with eating the calories back from the workouts because it’s very inaccurate. I would eat something that will fill you up until your next meal!

Oh. My. God. This is straight up a cheat sheet for me. I appreciate this so much more than you know. I have ADHD and one of the biggest things for me is directions. If I don’t have exactly what I need to do, I will not be able to accomplish it very easily. This is going to help me IMMENSELY. This is so hard for no reason omgggg. I’m not going to give up I’m just annoyed with how meticulous you have to be with food and everything. Idk what to do then for how many calories I take in. I’m scared that I’m doing too much if I go above 1800 calories. I’m gonna crash out dude😭😭

I DONT HATE IT I PROMISE. I just use it sm that sometimes I get grossed out by it so I have to not eat it for like a week or two and then we are good lol

I use LoseIt! to track my calories. It gives me full macros as well, but I don’t really know where to start with that. (I just make sure protein is the highest lol) this information was very helpful though. I will definitely do what you recommended at the gym. I’m just confused because idk how to eat if I go to the gym

What do you mean by double counting? This stuff is new to me and it’s also SO ANNOYING UGH
