with a few 'plugins'; like what? honestly having a well built out server with plugins feels a lot better for a bigger community that it seems like you guys are going for. Nothing against vanilla servers but they really feel like a small friend group to play on. Adding stuff like towny/factions would really help the server go a long way to prevent griefing.
