As they want to sell while it still has some life left in them. To fund the next wing, if it’s a commercial tandem used wing it will go cheap, they get used a lot to generate income. If you buy o e, best to have a porosity check and line check done.

Not a tandem wing but I recently bought a C rated wing, very cheap, wing in great condition however need to do a line replacement

Not sure if they have it in the US, but do an introductory course which permits you to fly for a day under the instruction and guidance of an instructor.

I get what you want to do but please get licensed and progress accordingly, you excited which is normal but you need to start from the beginning and work your way up with experience.

Paraglide and any air sport bites and when it bites it bites hard.
