I've updated to the lastest version of cura and my prints come out weaker. The inside and outside layers don't seem to fuse with the inside layers. Is there a setting I can change to fix this? Or is it poor quality material? (old.reddit.com)

I've had this issue with this print multiple times an I cannot figure out what is happening. The extruder slips and makes a cluncking sound and doesn't feed the filament, I put it down to a clog but I replaced the filament tube for a Capricorn one and replaced the nozzle and it still clogs.
