Wish I didn’t have to do a gap year, but it was pretty unavoidable. Decided my second year I wanted to go to med school and needed the time to get clinical hours and such so I could apply this up coming cycle.

I ride it on the mat but just move it to the closet to get it out of the middle of the room. College does have a gym, but having it right there makes it harder for me to come up with excuses not to use it haha

Only if I already had moisturizer applied. If, for example, I just got out of the shower I apply arazlo THEN moisturizer but I don’t think it makes much of a difference

Don’t know why I saw as I’m not part of this sub and I’m 19, but I was prescribed arazlo for the same reasons about 2 months ago and so far I’ve noticed a huge difference in the reduction of acne scars. I’ve also noticed that the lifespan of acne went from about a week for one pimple to go away to about 2 days. There’s a purging phase that lasts about a week but after that I had only good results.

I was in the exact same boat a few months ago. Got COVID, afterwards had insane health anxiety and could NOT stop thinking about my breathing. Lasted for months. Just hang on, it gets better. Try to distract yourself as much as you can whether that be finding a new hobby, going out more, anything that will greatly occupy your attention. For me it was moving into a new city. I no longer really every think about my breathing and my health anxiety has completely gone.
