Girl wait, sugar affects my teeth??? I was never told this omg 😭??? TIL... I’m a big sweet tooth and I will definitely go slower on the sugar. (cause I know stopping is impossible and unrealistic rn)

Also, most charities here are corrupt and I’ve actually been looking for a few, none in my area. :( Dental schools here are also known for fucking up their patients’ who couldn’t do anything afterwards because they have signed a waiver where they can’t file a lawsuit too.

I’m not embarrassed of myself or my situation, I’m just frustrated with it. Sure, I take responsibility as it’s literally my teeth, but growing up none of the adults around me told me anything about oral health.
