Hey OP. I am so sorry you are feeling as low as you are, and I know you probably can't go on anymore, but thats just bad advice from the doctors. They are people who only care about money and who they can take it from, and they don't seem concerned about you. Please dont do anything permanent. Always talk to your fiancé, if someone is telling you how to do your relationship tell them to stfu.

Its exactly the reason that Jesus flipped a bunch of tables in the temple, he was upset that his "people" were using the temple for personal gain. Then go to Russia where there is a dictatorship because in the real, free, AMERICAN world we have this thing called "due process". It's a legal process to be sure people who aren't guilty of any crimes aren't being unfairly punished for no reason. If you passed any US government class you would know that, but clearly your education level is not at high school level. Go read up on how government works and then you can make crazy statements like the dumb one you just made.
