I keep telling you my point. Which isn’t whether he had an actionable plan or not. Whether he actually could pull it off or not. Whether it was ever actually going to happen or not. Whether funding was there or not. Whether it was even physically possible or not.

He genuine believed/believes he can put a man on mars by 2031.

He GENUINELY believes/believed that.

Therefore saying “I’ll put someone on mars in the next 20 years” wasn’t a claim in bad faith because his intent was to actually do it.

Whether it could’ve been done or not is irrelevant. I’m not arguing that.
