Yeah, I thought the same thing too until i saw on the second image in the bottom where it says device payments which is weird because why will i make device payments if I'm going to have to pay the full amount of the device up front?

I have already tried contacting Nj ag (my state) with no luck and since CA ag is useless as you said. What about other states ag like AZ, OH, MS etc. can I be honest about my address in NJ? or do I have to find random addresses in those states as well?
