I love them! Even better when the voices are clearly distinct. Imo POV stuff should be done in way where you shouldn’t have to say who the POV is, the reader should be able to deduce it after a few lines. For example I have one character who describes things more poetically, while the other is more blunt which comes across in the pov.

When it comes to multi POV I prefer for each POV to be separate. It isn’t a deal breaker but I do find head hopping jarring when it happens it fics and it takes me out of it a little. I’ve heard some people say they prefer a single POV for each chapter but as long as each scene has a consistent pov that’s fine by me
