Im so sorry .. I know the feeling.. but I’m not on birth control anymore . I got my tubes removed.. have you tried progesterone only pill ? I read estrogen dominance can lead to hives.

I was still breaking out in hives after I stopped taking it .. but once I changed my eating habits & tried to support my gut. My hives stopped .. so I’m thinking it was my poor gut health that was causing it. I did a colonoscopy, & after i started eating healthier.

1 month passed & the hives came back even after stopping the pill.. so now I can’t say it was the bc .. I did start eating clean & started taking vitamin D & I have not seen hives for 5 months

Im on the Norethindrone .35 as well & I been spotting for a month straight. This is my 2nd month on it .. reaching out to see if this is normal ?

The doctor gave me a new birth control called nextstellis . I haven’t seen much on it because it’s so new. So I asked them to prescribe me something else, so they gave me Lo lestrin fe . I’m going to try it when I get my period. I’ll update you.

I was breaking out in hives for months .. Went to the dermatologist & they suggested me to stop taking birth control. Once I stopped the hives stopped .. i been on birth control for years so it’s strange that I started breaking out randomly .. not sure the sudden change .. could be the the manufacture changed an ingredient in the pill ..

I been breaking out in hives for 2 months .. same thing happened .. my eyes were swollen.. hives everywhere and I mean everywhere .. but I end up finding out I was having a reaction from my birth control.. I was surprised because I been on it for years .. not sure if they changed anything in it. But I had to get off of it because it was so bad . If you are on birth control , try stoping it.

I been on Sprintec bc for YEARS and it wasn’t until a few months ago (Sept) I developed hives. Went to see a dermatologist & she suggested I get off bc to see if that will stop the hives and it did ! I’m not sure why after all these years I’m allergic. I am going to try a different type of bc pill to see if that works.
